We usually charge per project, so you know what to expect and there are no surprises. However, for clarity, we have a price list as a guide.

Often on any one project, multiple talents are working together, that include graphic designers, web developers, marketing strategists and business development which is the benefit of working with our collaborative madcreative team.

Website builds

Kick start websites using the madcreative REACT template
£2600 up to six pages.
Our template is not suitable for websites that require multiple forms, moving parts and complex functionality.

E-commerce and bespoke advanced websites (designed to your exact brief)
Designed to support growth and longevity, online sale of multiple products, services with options to support integrated booking systems, membership portals and online forms. 

Prices start from
£3,600 for websites with max. of five pages
£4,700 + for 6 – 15 pages
£8,500 + for over 16 pages 

This is a guide. Each website is unique and therefore prices can change according to specification. Large media files, picture libraries, and any bespoke functionality can impact final prices.

All our websites are built using WordPress. We build each website using code and avoid the use of plugins, where possible. This helps to mitigate issues with maintenance improves stability and produces a fast-loading platform our customers can self-edit and navigate more easily. 

Following a clear brief, we will provide a detailed proposal for the complete website project with our full costs. The prices above are a guide only. Each website is securely hosted, and you will receive the first year of hosting with our reactive support as part of the build.

Website editing

We regularly update and edit website content for clients, we charge £60 per hour.

Social Media Management

We provide organic social media support for a few clients each year. It includes regular posts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google My Business. We provide video creation using supplied media and day-to-day management and monitoring of the accounts during normal working hours.

One-off Social Media set up fee £100
Social Management per month £850 or £2100 for a three-month social package, charged at £700 per month. The social platforms we support are Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google My Business.

Targeted Advertisements – Meta and Google

We manage paid advertisement for businesses using Meta and Google ad campaigns, as a bigger conversion strategy. Prices and our availability can be discussed on request. As an idea, you will need a daily ad budget spend of £15 – £30 per day minimum for Meta and/or Google ad campaigns.

We charge an ongoing monthly management fee and a one-off set-up fee for service side tracking, analytics and tag management to ensure all platforms and the website are responsive and ad-ready.

Design

Basic logo design starts from £420
Following a clear brief we will create a few concepts. We will then work on one preferred concept allowing for two sets of amendments as part of the logo brief journey. 
All logo files are provided on completion for use across all platforms.

Complete Branding packages start from £1250
This includes logo design, as above, branding colours, fonts and a how-to guide to help the business use the elements and combinations.

Marketing Material

To include leaflets, business cards, posters, illustrated maps, brochures, signage, and billboards. Priced per project.

Marketing Consultancy and Delivery

We write and deliver marketing strategies that include examining digital pathways – website accessibility, online interactions, social management, active communication, targeted ads, and brand alignment.

We work with content writers and PR Consultants to identify and support Advertorials and Editorials, if this service is required or you would like recommendations.

Our Fees

We are transparent and open about our costs.  
We charge £60 per hour / £420 for one day (seven hours)

All proposals must be approved before we begin and any requests upon our time that are outside of an agreed brief will be subject to additional fees at our hourly rates for spent time.

*We offer a 10% discount for monthly retainer fees based on the ongoing commitment of one or two days a week per month.

We also offer interest-free payment plans for website and marketing projects, at our discretion.
